Delta PPF Different

 01 — Self-Healing Topcoat
Elastomeric Polymer Recovery
The topcoat is formulated with a specially cross-linked elastomeric polyurethane. When scratched, the polymer chains re-arrange under mild heat — literally closing the wound. In our Wolverine Series, this happens at room temperature in seconds.
 02 — Hydrophobic Surface
Contact Angle >110°
Silicone-based hydrophobic agents are integrated into the topcoat — not applied as a separate coating. Water beads and rolls off, carrying contaminants with it. Bird droppings, tree sap, and road grime release easily.
 03 — UV Stabilisation
HALS & UV Absorber System
A dual-layer UV protection system — Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) and UV absorbers are built into the film matrix. This prevents yellowing, haze, and optical degradation for up to 10 years in Indian solar conditions.
 04 — Estane TPU Base
Lubrizol Engineering Polymers
The core film substrate is cast from Lubrizol's Estane TPU — the same material trusted by global PPF brands and automotive OEMs. Superior elongation, impact resistance, and optical clarity compared to generic TPU alternatives.
