Terms & Conditions

These terms outline the official warranty coverage provided by Delta Paint Protection Films for all customers who have had Delta PPF installed by authorized professionals.

01Warranty Coverage

Delta PPF warrants that its paint protection films will be free from the following defects during the applicable warranty period:

  • Yellowing
  • Cracking
  • Peeling
  • Delamination
  • Staining
  • Loss of Gloss (for gloss films)
  • Excessive Discoloration

The warranty applies only when the product is installed by an authorized Delta PPF installer and maintained as per Delta's care guidelines.

03Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, the following care practices are mandatory:

  • Do not wash the vehicle for at least 48 hours after installation.
  • Wash and wax the vehicle (including the PPF surface) every 60 days using PPF-safe products.
  • Use microfiber cloths and pH-neutral car shampoos.
  • Avoid high-pressure washing near film edges.
  • Avoid automatic car washes with abrasive brushes.
Note: Failure to follow this 60-day wash & wax cycle will void the warranty. Proof of regular maintenance (receipts, photos, or service logs) may be requested in case of a warranty claim.
04Warranty Conditions
  • Warranty is valid only for the original owner and the vehicle on which the film was first installed.
  • The film must be installed by an authorized Delta PPF dealer.
  • Warranty must be registered within 14 days of installation on the official Delta platform.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.
05Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from collisions, accidents, road debris, improper washing or negligence.
  • Scratches, swirl marks, or chips caused by external impact.
  • Paint damage due to film removal from non-OEM or repainted surfaces.
  • Discoloration or staining from chemical exposure not cleaned promptly.
  • Damage from waxes, coatings, or polishes not approved for PPF.
  • Improper installation by unauthorized personnel.
06Claims Procedure

To file a warranty claim:

  • Contact the original installer or Delta PPF customer support.
  • Submit proof of installation and maintenance (photos, wash/wax logs, invoices).
  • Bring the vehicle for inspection if required.

If the claim is approved, Delta PPF will replace the defective portion of the film. Labor charges may be included at Delta's discretion.

07Limitation of Liability

Delta's liability is strictly limited to the cost of the original film installed. Delta will not be held responsible for:

  • Reinstallation on repainted surfaces.
  • Loss of use of the vehicle.
  • Commercial losses or vehicle resale value.
08Governing Law

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the region in which the film was installed.
